I just wanted to thank you for what you did for me and my clients a couple of weeks ago. 

I'm not sure if you actually know what happened before you got involved.  Well, here’s the story:  This lovely family was referred to me.  As usual, I go through my qualifying process which uncovered that they were already pre-approved by another mortgage broker.  I spoke with that person who gave me the assurances and ultimately the confidence to proceed.  We found their dream home.  They were ecstatic.  We successfully negotiated a deal, with about 5 other agents barking at our heels for the same home.  Which made my clients want the home even more!

We had a 6 day condition for financing and at the 5th day the other mortgage rep had nothing to say, except “get an extension” and “I never said you were pre-approved”.  Not to mention that each time I called her, I got a return call 2 days later.  So, that’s when I called you Lyle, at the eleventh hour. Sorry about not giving you any room to maneuver.  Although, it didn’t seem to phase you.

I paged you, 5 minutes later you called me.  Within the hour, you had spoken with my clients (got them calmed down), taken an over-the-phone application.  By 9:00 am the next day you had a conditional approval from your lender connections. Then by late afternoon you had full CMHC approval!

I still don’t know how you did it!  Especially when the other one burned a whole week and you only had hours to work with. 

My clients were so happy, I got a hug and there were actually a couple of tears of joy because they truly, truly believed that they were not going to get that home (because of some broker’s incompetence). That was a special moment for them (me too, having been part of it, I had a bit of a lump in my throat too).

So, you definitely saved the day and you will be an integral part of my business for years to come.

Great mortgage rate...great service

...If it wasn't for you and your company, we would never have been able to purchase a home. Every time we spoke with you, the news got better....we didn't need the extra money, the mortgage rate kept going down. With the extras, we added value to our house such as paving the driveway, build a deck, some landscaping, paint, install crown moulding, etc. We keep talking about you and your company and refer you to everyone who might need a mortgage now or in the future. I hope they follow our advice... I am sending you a few pictures in a separate e-mail to give you an idea what YOU gave us.
